Construction Director
Darren trained as a plasterer and built his career from the ground up, with over 20 years of hands-on experience across structural work, steel installation and full residential redevelopment. It’s given him something you can’t teach, he reads a building and sees the solution before it becomes a problem. Darren leads site operations across all D&M projects, overseeing the trades, holding the standard, and making sure nothing leaves site unless it’s right.

Managing Director
Monika has been part of D&M since its early days, shaping the commercial side of the business. An MCIPS Chartered specialist with over a decade of leadership experience, she ensures every project is professionally planned, financially controlled and clearly communicated. Monika oversees full business operations, providing the structure behind each project so clients always understand the process, costs and progress of their build.
